LONELINESS: Searching for Hope and Love

Alone and alienated, feeling isolated, anxious and depressed. Fearful and withdrawn, yet desiring caring human contact.

The feeling of loneliness is more prevalent in some people than others, yet it is an emotional experience through life that is felt by us all.  Struggling alone through pain and suffering can lead us to listen within, searching our hearts and minds to better understand and love ourselves.  In time, looking inward and reaching out for help can change aloneness from feeling locked in isolation to feeling free and independent.

“It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light."          -Aristotle ( 384-322 BC)
